Leaderboard — all time
Ranked on Closing Rate on Qualified Shows (customers ÷ (showed − unqualified)), so a rep isn't punished for unqualified leads. Definitions match the Global KPIs tab of the bookings sheet, so the two always reconcile. Reps with fewer than 5 shows are flagged and listed last — their percentages are noise. Targets: closing ≥25%, show up ≥60%. New MRR assumes $297/mo per customer.

How these numbers are defined
These are the same definitions as the Global KPIs tab of the bookings sheet — this page just splits them per rep and updates itself.
Show up rate = showed ÷ (showed + no shows). Cancellations are excluded from both sides — a lead who cancels in advance was never a chance to close.
Closing rate on qualified shows = customers ÷ (showed − unqualified). This is the ranked number, and the one your comp is tied to.
Closing rate on shows = customers ÷ showed, including leads marked unqualified. Watch the gap: a big spread between the two means you're marking a lot of leads unqualified — legitimate sometimes, an excuse other times.
$/show = new MRR ÷ showed. The single number that says what one booked call is worth in your hands.
Outcomes come from the No Show / Cancelled / Unqualified / Closed-Won columns in the sheet. If a call is mis-logged there, it's wrong here — keeping your own rows accurate is part of the job.
